The first in a series of events with violinist Nicola Benedetti, this special day of workshops and masterclasses proved to be a calendar highlight for hundreds of local string players and their teachers.
The event focussed on the BBC’s acclaimed Ten Pieces, which opens up the world of classical music through brilliant orchestral arrangements for mixed-ability ensembles.
