Saffron Hall Trust is looking for two new Trustees with backgrounds in marketing/branding and fundraising, respectively. The Board welcomes applications from individuals who are passionate about music and the arts, have a professional skill set, and have contributed strategically to other organisations and charities in particular.

Specifically, candidates will bring one of the following skill sets:

Marketing & Branding: The marketing-focused Trustee will possess a diverse marketing skill set and preferably experience outside the realm of classical music but will have a keen interest in the performing arts. Working or having worked at a senior level, they should demonstrate a track record in developing brands and formulating high-level strategies across various marketing channels. Their expertise will encompass a comprehensive understanding of audience engagement strategies whilst being able to identify and capitalise on both internal and external communication opportunities. They will be instrumental in leveraging their professional networks to enhance Saffron Hall's brand visibility and national recognition. The candidate will be expected to inject fresh perspectives and innovative approaches gleaned from their prior experiences into the Trust's operations, contributing significantly to its overall success.

Fundraising: The fundraising-focused Trustee will help Saffron Hall Trust expand their current range of prospects by utilising their exceptionally strong networks, including high net-worth individuals. Saffron Hall Trust requires additional support for ambitious artistic plans at Saffron Hall and the planned expansion of work beyond Saffron Walden. This individual will also help shape, build, and then chair a new Fundraising Committee.
