Cavalleria Rusticana & Pagliacci

Cavalleria Rusticana & Pagliacci

Presented by Cambridge Philharmonic

A shadow of a man with the shadows of man and woman embraced behind him in front of red blood splattered background

Cambridge Philharmonic present two stunning operatic works.

One of the best-loved double-bills in the operatic repertoire, Cavalleria Rusticana and Pagliacci were never intended as a pair. But the intensity of the emotions, vivid humanity of the librettos, and monumental beauty of the music have brought these two together for ever. Cambridge Philharmonic returns with a concert version of these iconic works.
