Dick Whittington – Relaxed Performance

Dick Whittington – Relaxed Performance

Presented by Saffron Hall

This is a Relaxed performance where elements of the show are adapted to reduce anxiety or stress. This performance welcomes those who would like to see the show in a less formal atmosphere, including (but not limited to) those who have an autism spectrum condition, people with a learning disability and parents with very young children.

Step into a world of fun, laughter, and adventure as Dick Whittington sets out to seek his fortune and make the streets "paved with gold" a reality!

Along the way, he’ll face the evil Baroness Rattington and her army of rodent rascals, threatening to take over the world. Will Dick and his plucky companions save the day?

Packed with spectacular sets, dazzling costumes, show-stopping songs, and all the magic you’ve come to love from a Saffron Hall pantomime, this festive extravaganza is a treat for all ages!

Relaxed performance
A number of adaptations will be made to the show to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone, including:

-Changes to the show’s lighting and sound
-Elements of surprise reduced to a minimum
-A relaxed attitude to movement and audience responses during the performance
-A quiet space available before, during and after the show
