Foyer Jazz: Kate Williams Trio

Presented by Saffron Hall

Kate Williams sat playing at a piano surrounded in blue light

Join celebrated pianist Kate Williams and her acclaimed trio for an evening of exquisite Jazz music.

Hailed by the Observer as ‘crisp, incisive and totally at one with the rhythmic ebb and flow; Williams has a quality rare among jazz composers: a musical vocabulary that’s all her own", pianist/composer Kate Williams has gained a reputation as both a distinctive writer and performer. In addition to establishing herself as excellent musician she also is know as an experienced educator and is currently teaching at the Guildhall School of Music And Drama, and Middlesex University. In 2016 she formed Four Plus Three, an ensemble featuring her trio with string quartet.

Street Food will be provided by Boho Kitchen.
