O FORTUNA! | Carl Orff: Carmina Burana
O FORTUNA! | Carl Orff: Carmina BuranaPresented by The Perse School, Cambridge
Over 200 musicians from primary school age and above come together to perform Carl Orff’s masterpiece, a setting of anonymous (and colourful) medieval poems.
Join us as we serenade the coming of spring, rowdy monks take over a tavern, and paradise is found in the great Court of Love.
Where will Fortune’s wheel spin us next? Who knows: if it stops in just the right place, there may be some audience participation…
