Sir András Schiff

Sir András Schiff

Presented by Saffron Hall

Professional headshot of Andras Schiff

Sir András Schiff is the thinking listener’s pianist: a byword for music-making grounded in a lifetime of devotion to art.

Tonight, he says, “I would like to bring back an element of surprise and spontaneity - to break down a couple of preconceived ideas of what a piano recital is”. We don’t know exactly what he’s going to play. But we do know that it will be sublime.
