A membership and the related benefits apply to an individual and is attached to their Saffron Hall account. Where applicable, the membership credit can name the individual, couple or family. Memberships can also be purchased as a gift.
By joining our membership scheme you are consenting to receive marketing communications and communications about supporting Saffron Hall Trust from us. Members receive email notification of new events and priority booking. We use email to communicate upcoming events as this is the quickest and most cost-effective way of contacting our members. Members are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Members’ names and contact details will be stored on a database so that we can send you information and offers which may include additional fundraising activities. Your information will not be passed on to any third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time but should be aware that you may miss out on correspondence relating to your membership and related benefits should you do so.
For the purposes of VAT we inform you that your gift will be split between a payment for benefits (subject to VAT), which can be bought separately by calling the Saffron Hall Office on 01799 588545, and a suggested voluntary donation.
The split for each level is:
Friend - donation £60 / benefits £5,
Bronze – donation £125 / benefits £5,
Silver – donation £230 / benefits £10,
Gold - donation £465 / benefits £35,
Platinum - donation £1195 / benefits £55,
Saffron Hall Foundation - donation £5035 / benefits £65.
The current benefits of the membership scheme are listed on our website. Benefits are subject to change.
As a registered charity we are able to reclaim the tax on your full membership payment via Gift Aid if you are a UK tax payer. Please ensure we have a Gift Aid declaration on file for you to enable this. Please also ensure you inform us of any changes to your Gift Aid status.
Please note that memberships cannot be purchased with Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) payments or via payroll giving schemes.
Payment for a membership is taken a year in advance. We will send you a reminder when renewal of your membership is due. All memberships can be set to ‘auto-renew’ annually and you will be notified before the renewal date. For Gold level membership and above we offer the option to pay monthly for your membership which can be arranged through Saffron Hall’s Fundraising team. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01799 588545 for more information.
There will be two main periods of priority booking per season for members. Priority booking for ‘own promotion’ events which are added to the programme outside of these periods is at the discretion of Saffron Hall Trust. There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be booked by members during a priority booking period, however, Saffron Hall Trust reserves the right to limit the number of bookable tickets for some or all events. Where possible, Saffron Hall Trust will email advanced warning of new events to members. This may not be possible for all events, and will be offered at the discretion of Saffron Hall Trust. Tickets purchased during a priority booking period are subject to our standard ticket return policy. Ticket purchases should always be made by the primary membership holder. Due to data protection we cannot discuss a membership account with any other person. Saffron Hall Foundation and Platinum member seat benefits only apply to Saffron Hall presented events, also referred to as ‘own promotion’ events. Platinum member seats not requested by three weeks before an event may be returned to general sale. Foundation member’s seats not allocated or requested by two weeks before an event may be returned to general sale.
Silver level members and above will be credited on our website and/or in our programmes with the name of the individual who purchased the membership unless you have indicated that you wish to remain anonymous or you have provided us with an alternative name credit. For gift memberships, the name of the individual who redeems the membership voucher will be credited unless the individual wishes to remain anonymous or has provided us with an alternative name credit.
Foundation level car parking spaces will be reserved for concerts booked at least 48 hours in advance. For bookings made later than this we cannot guarantee a car parking space will be available. Car parking spaces can only be used by those in the same household under the same membership and cannot be transferred to other individuals. We request that you inform us of your car registration, make and colour to help ensure that reserved parking spaces are being used by those authorised to do so. We will provide you with a card to display in your windscreen when parking at Saffron Hall for our events. Thank you for your co-operation.
