Ticket returns in exchange for credit
If an event is sold out and you would like to return your tickets, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 01799 588545 to inform us of your request at least 72hrs before the start time of the event you have booked for.
The value of your tickets (minus the booking fee) will be returned as Saffron Hall credit, which can used to book future Saffron Hall events, and will expire 2 years after the date of issue.
All ticket returns are at the discretion of our Box Office. For more details please email us on email@example.com or call us on 01799 588545.
On the day returns
If you are unable to return the tickets to us in advance, we may be able to resell the tickets on your behalf on the day.
Tickets returned to us within 72hrs of the event can be offered for resale at the Saffron Hall box office on the day of the performance. We cannot guarantee the successful resale of a returned ticket.
Where tickets are not successfully resold, no credit will be given. If we successfully sell the tickets, the value of your tickets (minus the booking fee) will be returned as Saffron Hall credit, which can used to book future Saffron Hall events, and will expire 2 years after the date of issue.
If an event you want to go to is sold out, you may still be able to attend. Our Box Office at Saffron Hall opens an hour before each event, and any returned tickets will be made available to buy.
We offer half-price tickets for under 25s at most Saffron Hall presented events and offer free Essential Companion tickets for customers with access requirements. Concessions for other events vary – please check with our Box Office.
Children aged 24 months and under may sit on another guest’s lap and do not require a ticket.
