Book by phone
Call us on 0845 548 7650 between 10am-4.30pm, Monday-Saturday (excluding public holidays). Calls cost 7p per minute plus your standard access charge.

Book in advance between 9.30am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am-1pm on public holidays at:

Payment methods
We accept cash, VISA credit and debit cards, MasterCard, Maestro Domestic, Electron, JCB, Solo and Laser cards. We do not accept cheques, Maestro International, Amex or Diners cards.

Booking fees
Saffron Hall charges a £1 booking fee per ticket for all web, phone and in-person transactions. A charge of £1 per transaction also applies if you’d like your tickets posted.

Refunds
We will only offer a refund if a performance is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned less than halfway through. Ticket booking fees are non-refundable.

Ticket returns
We will only offer a refund if a performance is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. The £1 per ticket booking fee is non-refundable.

Ticket returns are only accepted for concerts and events presented by Saffron Hall (labelled as ‘Presented by Saffron Hall’ on the website) that have sold out.

The following conditions apply:

More than 72 hours before the performance
If the concert or event is sold out, please email info@saffronhall.com. We may be able to repurchase your tickets and issue the value of the tickets, minus the £1 per ticket booking fee, as Saffron Hall credit.

Credit can be used towards future Saffron Hall events and expires two years from the date of issue.

Within 72 hours of the performance
Please email boxoffice@saffronhall.com with your name, contact details, seat number(s) and order number.
We will note your tickets for possible resale at the Box Office on the day of the performance.

We cannot guarantee that returned tickets will be resold.
If your tickets are successfully resold, the value of the tickets, minus the £1 per ticket booking fee, will be credited to your Saffron Hall account. You will receive an email confirming that the credit has been added to your account.

If the tickets are not resold, no credit will be given.

All ticket returns, repurchases and credits are at the discretion of Saffron Hall management.

Buying returns
If an event you want to go to is sold out, you may still be able to attend. Our Box Office at Saffron Hall opens an hour before each event, and any returned tickets will be made available to buy.

Concessions
We offer half-price tickets for under 25s at most Saffron Hall presented events and offer free Essential Companion tickets for customers with access requirements. Concessions for other events vary – please check with our Box Office.

Concessions or discounts are available for some performances. Please check the website, call the Box Office or ask when booking tickets in person about which concessions or discounts apply to individual events.

Strict age restrictions apply to most events, so please check event details before booking. Babes in arms (children under 24 months) are only admitted to performances specifically aimed at them, such as pantomimes, family events, and shows permitting all ages. Where permitted, babes in arms may attend free of charge but are not allocated a seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap throughout the performance. If a separate seat is required for a child under 24 months, a ticket must be purchased.

Admissions

General Admission: Children under 5 are not admitted to main performances, but some specifically designated "family" shows allow them.

Accompanied Minors: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (16+).

Family Events: Tickets are required for children over 24 months.

Specific Events: Age guidance or restrictions vary by event (e.g. depending on event content).
