Visitor Services Assistant

The Bar have a pay structure subject to age bracket:
Under 18: £7.00ph + holiday pay
18-20: £9.50ph + holiday pay
21+: £11.80ph + holiday pay
Typically, 3-4 hour shifts on concert & event days (weekends and evenings)
Mainly seasonal hours (September to July)

Reporting to the Visitor Services Supervisor (VSS), you will be responsible for providing first-rate customer service within the catering team at Saffron Hall events. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and able to work evenings and weekends. Experience working within a bar/hospitality environment is desirable.
