Bike Hire

There is a bike hire scheme across Saffron Walden, where you can hire conventional or e-bikes to get across the town, or back and forth from the station. All you have to do is download the ‘appbike’ app, scan the bike you would like to hire – and go. Only £1.50 per 30 minutes for a conventional bike and £2.00 per 30 minutes for an e-bike. There are over 10 different locations where bikes can be picked up and dropped off across Saffron Walden – simply look at the map on the app to locate your nearest ride.
