Festival Strings Lucerne with Midori

Festival Strings Lucerne with Midori

Presented by Saffron Hall

Midori

In his 250th birthday year, we pay tribute to Ludwig van Beethoven: poet, prophet and radical, a genius who could simultaneously set worlds on fire and explore the deepest secrets of the human heart. The incomparable Midori brings together a handpicked team of players from the world-famous Lucerne Festival, for an all-Beethoven celebration that ranges from the epic serenity of his Violin Concerto to the tumultuous energy of his exuberant fourth symphony.
