Saffron Hall are pleased to present Count Me In, an interactive concert exploring links between music and maths, designed for Key Stage 2 students.Since Ancient Greece, music and maths have been inseparable. Count Me In, performed by international superstar pianist Alexandra Dariescu and London Symphony Orchestra conductor and presenter Timothy Redmond, explores that irresistible combination of notes and numbers. Tim tries to persuade Alex to play Grieg’s Piano Concerto, with the children singing songs based on its themes to help him out. Count Me In also features music by Clara Schumann, Hector Villa-Lobos and Florence Price to create a fun, inspiring and interactive show specially written for children in KS2.

Count me was commissioned and creatively produced by Leeds International Piano Competition.
