Alice in Wonderland at Bridge End Gardens

Alice in Wonderland at Bridge End Gardens

Presented by KD Theatre Productions, Saffron Hall & Saffron Walden Town Council

The character Alice - dressed in the iconic blue and white dress - stands in a garden surrounded by playing cards, teacups and roses with her foot propped up on a top hat. The title text reads: Alice in Wonderland

Discover the madness of the tea party! Meet the Mad Hatter, The White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat and the Queen of Hearts plus many larger-than-life characters along Alice’s journey - all taking place in the magical outdoor setting of Bridge End Gardens.

This exciting and playful take on the tale features a professional cast of energetic performers, catchy new songs and lots of humour that will entertain and delight the whole family! Don’t be late for this very important date!

Food & Drink
A selection of drinks and light snacks will be available to purchase at each performance.

The performance of Alice in Wonderland take place outdoors and no seating is provided. Audience members are welcome to bring their own picnic blankets and chairs. There will be specific areas for those with chairs, and those with blankets.

Performances will normally continue in the event of wet weather. We would encourage audience members to bring umbrellas and waterproof clothing. If a performance is cancelled, we will refund or exchange your tickets.

This event is a bit different from our events at Saffron Hall because it's not on our usual site and there will be things outside of our control like the weather and the parking. If you have any access needs you'd like to discuss with us, please do get in touch and we'll give you as many details as we can about what to expect.
