An Audience with Henry Blofeld

An Audience with Henry Blofeld

Presented by Saffron Hall in association with Clive Conway Productions

Henry Blofeld smiling at the camera

A broadcasting legend in his own words. Adored as the unmistakable voice of English cricket for nearly half a century, ‘Blowers’ brings his wit and wisdom to the stage. It’s not all about cricket – “if you think you’re going to learn the forward defensive, you’ll be sadly disappointed” he quips.

This is the story of a long and colourful life well lived, told in his own inimitable style. As bubbly and irrepressible onstage as he was behind the mic, there are enough irreverent anecdotes and meandering digressions to fill many a Test Match Special rain break. A special evening in the company of a quintessential Englishman and of the great raconteurs.
