Help Nicola Benedetti support young musicians by attending this exclusive fundraising event, including a performance from Nicola and a chance to meet her after the event

Over the weekend of 24-26 September Saffron Hall will be filled with primary school children, string players of all ages and abilities and local string teachers experiencing a mass-collective musical experience to enthuse them about making music together. We warmly invite you to join us to celebrate the start of this inspiring weekend with an exclusive event on Friday 24 September.

Format of the evening:

  • 7pm Drinks in Saffron Hall
  • 7.30pm Introduction from Saffron Hall CEO, Angela Dixon and Nicola Benedetti, violinist and Founder & Artistic Director of the Benedetti Foundation
  • Concert featuring Nicola Benedetti and the Benedetti Foundation Orchestra, a unique ensemble made up of professional performing musicians, full time instrumental teachers, conservatoire students and young people taking part in the weekend at Saffron Hall
  • 8.15pm Drinks reception in Saffron Hall with the opportunity to meet Nicola and those taking part in the weekend*

Tickets are £50 per person, to include a free drink and nibbles, seated at tables (tables of two and four available). Following the concert there will be a further reception in the Hall at which you will have the opportunity to meet Nicola and those taking part in the weekend.

Tickets priced at £25 per person are available in the balcony seating and also include a free drink (*these tickets do not provide access to the post-concert reception). If you are a single booker and wish to attend the post-concert reception, please call 01799 588 545 to speak to a member of the fundraising team.

Proceeds from the evening will help support the work of the Benedetti Foundation and Saffron Hall Trust, both of which are registered charities.
