Proud inhabitants of and ambassadors for the West Riding of Yorkshire, this world-famous band are one of this country’s most distinguished ensembles

Current British Open Brass Band champions with a history spanning over 140 years, their distinctive sound, tight-knit precision and virtuoso soloists continue to entertain and enrich audiences. Recent collaborators with folk group The Unthanks, star of musical theatre Liza Pulman and broadcaster Chris Evans ensures their fame spreads beyond the confines of the brass band world. They bring their versatility and vitality to a programme mixing brass band classics, arrangements and solo show-stoppers.
