Experience the Essex Youth Orchestra and Essex Young People’s Orchestra in concert at Saffron Hall on 12 April 2026 at 7pm.

Conductors Robin Browning, Atharv Gupta, and Matthew Andrews lead a dynamic programme featuring Prokofiev’s Romeo & Juliet highlights, Sibelius’s Karelia Suite, and Bizet’s vibrant Carmen excerpts. The evening also includes Offenbach’s lively Can‑Can, Walton’s ceremonial Crown Imperial, Mahler’s energetic Scherzo from Symphony No. 1, and the first movement of Schubert’s poignant Unfinished Symphony. A rich showcase of orchestral colour and exceptional young talent.
