Foyer Jazz: Homecoming Quintet

Foyer Jazz: Homecoming Quintet

Presented by Saffron Hall

Taking inspiration from Dexter Gordon and Woody Shaw’s live album of the same name, the Homecoming Quintet pays tribute to two of jazz’s most influential figures.

Featuring Damon Oliver (Tenor Saxophone), Luke Vice-Coles (Trumpet), Ed Rice (Piano), Jonny Wickham (Double Bass) and Oren McLoughlin (Drums), the band’s smart arrangements of songs from Dexter and Woody’s most celebrated albums fills the room with an infectious joy, recreating the excitement and swagger that these two titans of jazz were so famous for.

We’ve invited street food van Boho Kitchen to serve a selection of Mediterranean inspired food at this event. Ticket bookers will be contacted with more information about how to pre-order food in the week before this event.
