Gloria! The Perse School in Concert
Gloria! The Perse School in ConcertPresented by Perse School
The Perse’s musicians return to Saffron Hall with a treasure-trove of musical delights.
The Perse School’s senior ensembles look forward to whisking you away with a sparkling, varied programme, from the wistful nostalgia of concerto pieces by Vaughan Williams and Dvořák, the toe-tapping syncopation of Dave Grusin and Herbie Hancock, the cinematic scope of Rossano Galante’s music for symphonic wind band, and Poulenc’s effervescent Gloria for full chorus, soprano solo and orchestra.
