Lindisfarne
Presented by Saffron Hall
Over five decades on, Lindisfarne show no sign of slowing down. Founded on flamboyance and finely-honed musicianship, their exuberant, stirring live shows are a thing of legend, guaranteed to galvanise a crowd in an instant. And with a back catalogue including songs like Meet Me On The Corner, Fog On The Tyne, Lady Eleanor and Run For Home it’s easy to see why.
A classic five-piece line up of long-time members - fronted by original founder-member Rod Clements on vocals, mandolin and slide guitar - gives us all these classic hits and much more. A celebration of over half century of gigs, Festivals and landmark recordings from one of the great live bands.
