Foyer Jazz

Presented by Saffron Hall

Kevin Fitzsimmons

End the week with a laid-back evening in the Saffron foyer. A well-stocked bar, food truck Souvlaki Shack serving delicious Cypriot street food, plus live music from Kevin Fitzsimmons. Eat, drink, get into the swing and unwind!

Creative & original mainstream jazz from one of today’s most individual new male jazz voices – charismatic singer/songwriter, Kevin Fitzsimmons – praised by jazz critics for his naturally swinging vocal, elastic phrasing and engaging, highly personable stage presence. Together with some of the UK’s top straight-ahead & modern bebop musicians - including endlessly-inventive pianist Leon Greening (“stands in the ranks of the greatest” -The Jazz Mann) - their inspired new takes on carefully-chosen jazz standards, formidable jazz versions of classic pop recordings plus a few of Fitzsimmons’ own songs have garnered them fans far & wide.

Doors open at 7pm. This event is due to finish at approximately 10pm.
