Alina Ibragimova & Il Pomo d'Oro

Presented by Saffron Hall

Alina Ibragimova

Alina Ibragimova is the violinist who held the Royal Albert Hall silent and spellbound with her unaccompanied Bach at the 2015 Proms. Music by Bach’s son Johann Christian features tonight, prefacing youthful delights by Mendelssohn and a rare concerto by Michael Haydn. Ibragimova joins forces with Il Pomo d’Oro for a concert in which not a single note will be routine.

This concert will finish at approximately 9.20pm
