In demand all over the world, Black Dyke Band is recognised as one of the foremost ensembles of its type presenting innovative programs of music that appeal to a wide range of tastes, from original works to classical, film music and even a touch of jazz. “An experience you’re unlikely to forget” wrote one critic about the Black Dyke Band. “Brass playing of the absolute first rank: unfailingly musical, thrillingly virtuosic”. If you’re a fan of brass bands, you’ll already know that this 166 year-old ensemble is one of the wonders of the musical world. And if you aren’t: well, prepare to be amazed. It doesn’t get much better than this.
